CozyMind integrates performance coaching with mindfulness practices to elevate day-to-day leadership skills and reduce stress. We use simple, yet powerful, experiential exercises that enable students to understand and apply what they’ve learned instantly to achieve lasting results. We host LIVE coaching and mindfulness sessions designed to maximize engagement, reduce stress and create leadership growth in the shortest amount of time possible.
We incorporate an integration and recovery week every 4th full week of the month to reduce overwhelm and promote self-reflection.
CozyMind's Pro Membership is 3 hours a month. The 3 hours are broken into six 30-minute coaching or mindfulness sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1pm EST (7pm Central European Time). 30-minute sessions run for 3 consecutive weeks beginning on the first Monday of the month.
Activities for monthly challenges will take 1 to 5 minutes a day to complete. We recommend completing challenge activities 21 days a month.
When you sign up for the program, you'll also gain access to the LIVE recordings for the month. This way, you can revisit the program at your own pace and at your own convenience.

Dr. Katherine M. Larson is a certified coach, a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, PMP certified project manager, and a biomedical engineer. Currently based in Virginia, Katherine’s mission is to utilize her integrated science, wellness and coaching background to transform health, accelerate self awareness, and boost productivity.
Joaquin Hour is an Argentinian/Australian business entrepreneur and coach. Currently based in Barcelona, he is passionate about providing everyday tools for calming the mind and improving work and personal relationships.
